We are pleased to announce that our Extra Virgin Olive Oil "Sopraffino di Ceraso" has been awarded for its unique quality in one of the most important olive oil tasting competitions in the world, the Berlin International Olive Oil Awards - Berlin GOOA 2022 , winning a Silver Award and a Design Award.
This international competition, with high quality testing and evaluation standards, was held in Berlin, Germany and had more than 800 olive oil samples from 28 olive oil producing countries such as Portugal, Greece, Italy , Spain, Croatia, France, Israel, Morocco, Tunisia, Turkey, etc.
The blind tasting process was rigorously followed, rewarding efforts based not only on quality but also on taste, characteristics, ethics and design.
The Berlin GOOA 2022 jury comprises high-profile tasters, with many years of expertise, food technology pioneers and key business players, setting the standards for a credible, transparent and reliable global competition for olive oil.
This Silver Award recognizes the quality of our olive oil and underlines once again the precious dynamics of our land, Cilento.
We want to convey to the world the story behind our products and our territory, Cilento, home of the Mediterranean Diet, this is exactly what the "Sopraffino di Ceraso" project is about.
